1/一般運送服務之訂單，將於付款成功並確認後 7 個工作天內處理及寄出。運送時間會因存貨而定。
For general delivery services, orders will be processed and shipped within 7 working days after successful payment and confirmation. The delivery time will depend on the inventory.

2/ 請存放在陰涼位置，避免陽光直接照射。
Please store in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.

3/ 基於衛生問題，所有訂單一經付款確認，恕不接受取消訂單/退款。
Due to hygiene reasons, all orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the payment is confirmed.

4/ 如貨品有任何寄送/品質問題，請於收到貨後一星期內聯絡本店。
If there are any shipping/quality issues with the products, please contact our store within one week of receiving the goods.

5/ 所有香水為人手製作，容量方便或許有+/- 10%之偏差。
All perfumes are handmade, and the volume may have a deviation of +/- 10%. 

6/ 如有任何爭議，LURVE HONG KONG擁有並保留一切最終決定權。
In case of any disputes, LURVE HONG KONG reserves the right to make all final decisions.
